Dozan is a tuner for the oud. It is built to work without knowing anything about you.

Microphone

Dozan uses the microphone only while the tuner is open, to measure the pitch of your instrument. The audio is analysed on your device in real time. It is never recorded, stored or sent anywhere.

Data we collect

None. Dozan has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. Your settings, such as the reference pitch and your chosen tuner style, stay on your device.

Network

On launch the app may download the latest list of oud tunings from our server (/api/tunings). That request contains no personal information. Like any web server, the hosting provider may keep standard request logs, such as IP address and time, for a short period for security and reliability.

Children

Dozan collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
