The tuner doesn't react

Open Settings › Dozan › Microphone on your iPhone and make sure access is on. Then play a single course firmly, close to the phone.

The reading jumps between notes

Mute the other courses with your hand and pluck one string at a time. In a noisy room, raise the sensitivity threshold in Dozan's settings.

My ensemble tunes to 442 Hz

Open Settings in Dozan and change the reference pitch (La / A4). The tuner, reference tones and tunings all follow it.

How do I tune the two strings of a course together?

Tune the first string, then tap Match. Dozan locks that exact frequency as the target for the second string.
